Suzuki manages to build on their successful KingQuad series with the introduction of the new 2008 KingQuad 750 AXi 4x4. Upping the ante from the 700, this new quad features a potent four-valve four-stroke engine powered by Suzuki's industry-leading fuel injection technology. The 750 AXi promises to deliver on its name: the "A" is for the automatic continuously variable transmission, the "X" for a fully independent front and rear suspension, and the "i" for the previously mentioned fuel injection system, which has won Suzuki several awards including the pro championship at the 2006 WPSA ATV Tour.
The 750 AXi's QuadMatic variable transmission allows for better control on all kinds of terrain. A handlebar mounted push-button system allows you to switch from two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, to differential-locked four-wheel drive. With front-mounted dual-hydraulic brakes, a multi-disc rear mounted braking system, and torque-sensing differential, the quad delivers tighter handling and less freewheeling. The new suspension system allows for a smoother ride for sport, utility, and recreation. The separate front and rear A-arms can are five-way adjustable, and the damper's spring rates have been updated for more stability. The engine's limiter has been beefed up to allow 7000 rpm. A larger sport cylinder delivers more torque and speed, with a new drive train to handle the power. A new paper-and-foam filtration system allows for easier maintenance and more time between filter changes. The KingQuad 750 AXi 4x4 comes in red, green for $7,599, a Special Edition silver-and-brushed black for $7,699, and camouflage for $7,899. |
