WPSA Motocross Racing Series

WPSA Motocross Racing is comprised of mainly two different races on ATV's; the Quad Terrain and the Quad MX. The Quad terrain races are run on an all terrain course that is nothing but a dirt track. The Quad terrain race is mainly to show off the speed and abilities of the drivers. The Quad Mx race is basically just the opposite of the Quad Terrain race. Generally it is on a course where the driver can showcase his speed and expertise on the jumps and turns on the course.

WPSA Motocross racing began in 2006. It became popular very quickly with many different types of people interested in the sport. In 2008 the WPSA didn't have a full season of racing due to lack of support and lack of sponsors. WPSA is back in full swing with a wide variety of spectator's and sponsors. WPSA also has a wide class of racing for everyone. They have races for the youth class as well as amateur racing and others for adults, women and children. These races allow the amateur racer a place to race safely on a proper track to decrease injuries.

The power sports ATV Championship Tour is the United States professional ATV racing circuit. It is fairly new beginning in the year of 2006. It actually began on a track called the Daniel Boone Motocross Park in 2006. The ATV manufacturer's are now building their ATV's sports models to be race ready with higher performance standards and higher safety options. They are made from numerous manufacturers like Suzuki and Yamaha and Kawasaki. They continue to improve upon their ATV's each year for the racetracks and Motocross fans and racers alike.
