round nine of the ITP/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross Championship presented by Parts Unlimited at Unadilla Valley Sports Center in New Berlin, NY. Creamer was able to take the overall win with 3-1 finishes, and continues to lead points in the chase for the AMA Pro ATV MX Championship. With this win, Creamer lead stretches out to a 30 point advantage over his Rockstar Makita Suzuki teammate Dustin Wimmer.

Wimmer began his weekend with the honor of the $100 ATVRiders.com Fastest Qualifier award during timed qualifying.  With Wimmer 25 points behind his teammate Creamer headed into this event, he hoped earning the Fastest Qualifier award was sign of things to come, and a chance to make up points in the chase for the championship.

The Suzuki duo may be in front in the points but it was Baldwin Motorsports PEPs Josh Upperman who was in front of the field when he grabbed the $250 MotorcycleUSA.com holeshot award and the early lead in moto one. Wimmer followed Upperman off the start, while Motoworks Can-Am rider Chad Wienen, and Creamer battled for third.  As the race went on, Creamer was able to move into the third spot behind Upperman and Wimmer at the finish.

the early lead with Creamer close behind on his Suzuki. As Natalie and Creamer battled for the top spot, Wienen secured the third spot and Jeremy Lawson and Wimmer battled for forth. Wimmer was able to power past Lawson for forth going into the pro section of the Unadilla track, just as Creamer snuck past Natalie for the lead. The battle continued between Natalie and Creamer for the remainder of the race, but it was Creamer who captured the second moto win as well the overall.

"I had a good weekend at Unadilla. I didn't get the first moto start that I wanted but I made up for it by battling hard with John Natalie for the win in the second moto" Creamer said. "The track got pretty rough the second moto, but my Fox Shox got me through it. I'm really happy with the overall."

Wimmer's second and fourth place finishes secured him the second overall, and although he has

lost some additional points to his teammate Creamer, he continues to be in the chase for the championship.

"I had a tough weekend," Wimmer said following his second moto. "The first moto I got a good start and stuck in behind Upperman for second place. But in the second moto, I came out of the first corner in fifth and tried to pass towards the front. The track was really rough, and there wasn't much passing to be made. Now, I'm just going to move on and look to Red Bud for a win."

In the Pro-Am Production class, Joel Hetrick found his way back up front for the two moto sweep and the overall win.  Hetrick grabbed the first moto IdolSpeed.com $100 Holeshot award and the early lead over points leader Chase Snapp. In the second moto it was Jeffrey Rastrelli who earned the $100 IdolSpeed.com Holeshot award, and lead the majority of the moto, battling side by side with Hetrick. In just the last few laps, Hetrick snuck by Rastrelli when he made a mistake, and was able to take the 1-1 for the overall win. Snapp continues to lead the points heading into Round 10 of the AMA Pro ATV MX, but now by only 15 points.

The series travels next to Red Bud MX in Buchanan, Michigan for the Round 10 of the AMA Pro ATV MX Championship on July 31- August 1.

Natalie Delivers Can-Am's First Ever Overall Win at Pleasure Valley ATV MX

aboard his Motoworks Can-Am during round eight of the AMA Pro ATV MX Championship at Pleasure Valley Raceway in Armagh, PA. This win marks Can-Am's first time winning an AMA Pro ATV MX overall. Team Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Josh Creamer finished second overall, further extending his points lead over his teammate Dustin Wimmer.

"The weekend went really well for me here at Pleasure Valley" Natalie said.  "I was able to grab Can-Am's first ever win in front of these amazing fans."

Creamer started his weekend on a high note when he earned the $100 ATVRiders.com Fastest Qualifier award during timed qualifying. Natalie started moto one by earning the $250 MotorcycleUSA.com holeshot award and the early lead on the field.  Throughout the moto, Natalie and Wimmer fought closely for the win, at one point making contact in a corner after Natalie lost his footing on the footpeg and came to a stop. The battled ragged on throughout the moto, but in the end Natalie won, followed by Wimmer, with

Jeremy Lawson rounding out the top three.

"Dustin Wimmer and I had a really good battle the whole race, but I came across the finish line first." Natalie said.

Noticeably absent from the front was Creamer, who suffered a poor start and struggled to come back through the field. By the finish, Creamer had battled to capture the forth spot in the first moto.

"I had some struggles in the first moto. Things didn't go my way," Creamer said. "We came back, got mentally focused for the second moto and made some bike changes that proved to be better on this track."

Holeshot Award, but was quickly passed by Natalie for the early lead. Creamer was bound to make up for his first moto woes, and set a fast pace, making his way past Natalie for the lead.

"I was able to pull out a win in the second moto that left me in second overall." Creamer said. "I'm never happy with second, but I am happy to be on the podium. We need to stay on the podium in able to win a championship."

Natalie maintained second with knowledge it would bring him the first overall, but the top five stayed very close and competitive throughout the race.

"In the second moto, Josh Upperman got the holeshot and I was able to get around him in the first lap" Natalie said. "Josh Creamer came up on me and we had a great battle. I let Creamer around instead of taking the chance on not getting the overall win."

Jeremy Lawson proved himself by making passes to get to third, followed by Upperman in the fourth and Wimmer in fifth.

With one moto win, Natalie grabbed the overall win, and one that would make its way into the history books.

In the Pro-Am Production class, Factory Polaris rider Casey Martin took a two moto sweep for the overall win.  Chase Snapp took the first holeshot and the IdolSpeed.com $100 Holeshot award and the early lead, but just as he began to walk away from the pack, stalled his bike and went back to the very tail of the field, opening the door for Martin to take the win. In the second moto, Aaron Meyer grabbed the IdolSpeed.com Holeshot award, but was quickly passed by Martin who went on to take the win. Snapp continues to lead the points heading into Round 9 of the AMA Pro ATV MX.

The series travels next to Unadilla in New Berlin, New York for the Round 9 of the AMA Pro ATV MX Championship on July 17-18.

Creamer and Wimmer Battle for the ATV MX Lead at Pleasure Valley Raceway

Armagh, PA (July 1, 2010) - The American Suzuki Summer Nationals presented by Mushin Racing are

headed to Pleasure Valley Raceway in Armagh, Pennsylvania this weekend for Round 8 of the 2010 ITP/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross Championship. Going into this event, Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Josh Creamer continues to lead the field, now by 20 points over his teammate and two-time Defending Champion, Dustin Wimmer. Wimmer has said he feels strong going into Round 8 after dominating the second moto at Muddy Creek. Team Can-Am Motoworks rider Chad Wienen is hoping he can to continue his success at Pleasure Valley on the heels of his podium finish overall last weekend and a win in the first moto.

With only four rounds remaining in the chase for the championship, the battle between teammates Wimmer and Creamer promises to be one for the record books. Creamer has had a fantastic season this year, winning five of the seven rounds so far, but he is aware his teammate is a strong competitor going into Pleasure Valley. The struggles Wimmer has faced this season have been different than any he has faced in the past, but during the last round, Wimmer seemed to have found his old form.

Team Can-Am Motoworks John Natalie has been consistently top five all season, but last weekend had a horrific crash when his motor lost power and Wimmer landed on top of him. Although he fought the pain to finish forth in the second moto, he is still complaining of soreness. The Can-Am's have made strides all season and continue threaten Team Suzuki each weekend.

The event takes place at the legendary Pleasure Valley Raceway in Armagh, PA.  This will be the third time the AMA ATV Motocross Championship visits this exciting facility. Pleasure Valley Raceway is a completely different race track going into the 2010 season. The track layout is fast and challenging, with many straight-aways and table tops. There is also a new uphill double section with 8 doubles, providing a new technical element. The track is made up of loamy dirt that has been mixed with sawdust, which will create rough terrain throughout the weekend.

Tickets on Sunday are $15 for fans ($10 for ages 5-11), and admission includes full pro pit access, and an autograph session.

The pro class will feature two 20-minute races on Sunday, taking place at noon and 3 p.m., with the combined scores of both races determining the overall winner.

The pro riders will run as part of a full schedule of amateur racing, including classes for Youth, Women and veteran riders. Amateurs will practice on Friday and race on Saturday and Sunday. Pros will practice on Saturday and race on Sunday.

The Pleasure Valley staff will also be putting on a "moto bingo" Friday evening with all the proceeds benefiting the Mobile Medical Unit. Bingo Cards will be $5.00, and prizes will awarded to all winners.

To get to the track, take Route 22 to the Johnstown Route 403 Exit, Turn Right and Pleasure Valley Raceway is down on the right a quarter mile.  For more information log on to www.atvmotocross.com

Josh Creamer (#9) Takes the Overall Win
Blountville, TN (June 20, 2010) -
Josh Creamer took home his third overall win in a row aboard his Rockstar Makita Suzuki during round seven of the AMA Pro ATV MX Championship at Muddy Creek Raceway in Blountville, TN. Creamer may be on a winning streak, but his overall win today was not an easy feat. With second place finishes in each of the two motos, Creamer took the overall win, and moved him 20 points ahead of his teammate Dustin Wimmer in the chase for the championship.

"Today turned out really well for us," said Creamer. "This is our third win in a row, and we've extended our points lead ever further."

Wimmer, earned the $100 ATVRiders.com Fastest Qualifier award. Going into today's event, many slated Wimmer as the man to beat, but he first had to overcome more of the hard luck that has slowed his charge for a third-straight ATV MX Title.

At the start of moto one, Baldwin Motorsports PEP's Josh Upperman took the first corner and the $250 MotorcycleUSA.com holeshot award. Although Upperman was off to the early lead, it wasn't long before Motoworks Can-Am rider John Natalie and Dustin Wimmer were headed for the front. As the riders jumped through the pro section, Natalie's bike shut off mid-air, forcing Wimmer to land on top of him.

Dustin Wimmer (#1) battled back from his first moto crash to take the 3rd overall
"The first moto, I had a dose of bad luck once again." said Wimmer, who has struggled throughout the season. "John [Natalie] lost his motor and unfortunately, I landed on top of him over a double. Luckily, he was okay and I got back on the bike and did the best I could to make passes."

With Natalie and Wimmer out of the running for the top spots, Walsh's Jeremy Lawson overcame Upperman for the lead. Motoworks Can-Am rider Chad Wienen was fighting towards the front while Creamer made a stunning recovery from a last-place start, passing through the pack to the third spot. In the last few laps, both Wienen and Creamer were able to overcome Lawson to finish 1-2 respectively.  Wimmer recovered for seventh, with Natalie in 14th.

MotorcycleUSA.com Holeshot award for moto two. The battles raged on as Team Suzuki and Team Can-Am made up the top four spots, with Creamer maintaining the lead.  As Wienen set his sights on the front and made a pass on Wimmer, Wimmer immediately seemed to catch fire, and mounted a charge toward a win.  By the checkered flag, Wimmer had made passed on Wienen and Creamer for the lead and pulled away from the pack.

"I got a good holeshot," said Wimmer, "but when Chad [Wienen] passed me, I got aggressive. I passed Chad, then Creamer, and then took the moto win."

Round 7 marked Wienen's third time on the box this year, with the Motoworks Can-Am rider finishing second overall.

"We're glad to be on the box," said Wienen, who was on the podium last weekend as well. "It takes work, and we've got to work a little harder, but then we will be on top."

Although Wienen and Wimmer took moto wins, Creamer took the overall. Creamer maintains his points lead going into Round 8, where he says he looks to continue his winning streak.

In the Pro-Am Production class, Chase Snapp overcame Joel Hetrick for the overall win. Snapp, who took both IdolSpeed.com $100 Holeshot awards, was passed in the last lap by Hetrick the first moto. Using the defeat as motivation, Snapp set out for the win and lead start to finish, earning the overall win. Hetrick battled to the very end, earning his second overall, followed by Casey Martin who finished third. With this win, Snapp leads the points headed to Pleasure Valley.

The series travels next to Pleasure Valley Raceway in Armagh, PA for the Round 8 of the AMA Pro ATV MX Championship on July 3-4.

Creamer with the Spring Creek Holeshot
Millville, MN (June 13, 2010) -
Josh Creamer took the overall win aboard his Rockstar Makita Suzuki during round six of the AMA Pro ATV MX championship at Spring Creek Motocross Park in Millville, MN.  Creamer was able to lead start to finish in both motos, dominating the field at one of the roughest track these riders have seen.  With Creamer's win, he now is 15 points ahead of his teammate and two time defending Champion, Dustin Wimmer for the 2010 ITP/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross Championship.

"This weekend went really well for me" Josh Creamer said. "I was able to put the Rockstar Makita Suzuki back on top again, and further my points lead. What can I say? That's a great weekend."

Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Dustin Wimmer started the weekend off on a high note when he won the ATVRiders.com $100 Fastest Qualifier award, just tenths of a second faster than teammate Creamer, and in the position to take the first gate pick.

Creamer may have had the second gate pick, but that didn't keep him from earning the $250

MotorcycleUSA.com holeshot award. With Creamer to an early lead, the real action was taking place in the rear of the pack. Can-Am/Motoworks Chad Wienen started the first moto with a mid pack holeshot, and immediately began to pass through the field. Throughout the race, he passed a rider every few laps, finally making it to the 2nd spot just before the white flag began waving. Dustin Wimmer on the other hand was biding his time in the 5th spot for the majority of the first moto, but made up two positions in just the last 4 laps of the race, passing John Natalie just shy of the white flag for the third spot.

Moto two started with Creamer earning another $250 MotorcycleUSA.com holeshot award. As Creamer leaped out to the early lead, Wienen was in the rear of the field battling for track position.  By the end of the first straight away, he had already passed a number of riders, and by the end of the first lap, was already into the fifth position.  On the sixith lap,

Wienen passed his teammate John Natalie, and both moved into the second and third spot respectively. Wimmer finished behind the Can-Am teammates in the forth position.

"Things are starting to come together" said Wienen, who has struggled all season long. "I had a lot of fun here. The track was really rough, but it made us really creative with our lines."

Wienen earned the 2nd spot overall, marking his first time on the podium in the 2010 season.

"The track was really rough this weekend" John Natalie said after the second moto. "I haven't been training like I should have to be able to hold on. The bike worked awesome, the only work I have to do before Muddy Creek is on myself."

In the Pro-Am Production class, Joel Hetrick continued his success with wins in both motos. In the first moto, Joel earned the $100 Idol Speed holeshot award, and was able to run away from the rest of the pack. Aaron Meyer earned the second moto $100 Idol Speed holeshot award. Chase Snapp was able to leave the weekend with the second overall, and Travis Moore again took the third spot.

The series travels next to Muddy Creek Raceway in Blountville, TN for Round 7 of 2010 ITP/Moose Racing AMA ATV Motocross Championship on June 19-20.
